At ORGANILAC, we are committed to providing the best quality organic baby food for your little one. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund if:
✔️ You received the wrong product.
✔️ The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔️ The product is expired at the time of delivery.
✔️ You are unsatisfied with the quality (must be returned unopened).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund?

📩 Step 1: Email us at organilacpakistan@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
📷 Step 2: Attach your order number, a photo of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.
🚚 Step 3: If eligible, we will guide you on how to return the product.

3. Refund Process

✔️ Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
✔️ Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
✔️ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, we can replace your product with a new one instead of issuing a refund. Let us know your preference when requesting a return.
