Are the ingredients safe for babies?
✅ Yes, our products are completely safe and suitable for babies. Every ingredient is carefully selected and listed on the pack for transparency.
What is the shelf life, since there are no preservatives?
📅 Shelf life: 9 months from the manufacturing date. 📦 After opening, keep the cereal in an airtight jar and use it within 2 weeks to keep it fresh.
How do I prepare ORGANILAC cereals?
1️⃣ Add 2 tablespoons of cereal to a bowl.
2️⃣ Pour 60–70 ml of boiling water and mix well.
3️⃣ Let it sit for a few minutes until it cools to a safe temperature.
4️⃣ Stir and serve.
What kind of milk is used?
🥛 We use high-quality infant skimmed milk to give your baby the best nutrition.
Do ORGANILAC products contain allergens?
⚠️ Yes. All our cereals contain gluten and milk. Happy Harvest Multigrain (also in Bundle 02) contains nuts (almonds), and all our cereals may contain traces of nuts. Allergens are listed on each product page and on the pack.
How can I place an order?
🛒 You can order directly on our website. Choose your ORGANILAC products, tap Add to cart and check out. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.
What is your return or exchange policy?
🔄 If your order arrives damaged, wrong or expired, or you're not happy with an unopened product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. For hygiene and safety, opened products can't be returned. See our Refund policy for full details.
